Have You Grown a Plant?

                                            Have you grown a plant?

                                            How do you do it?

                                            Prepare the ground, put in the right manure,

                                            Use the right seed, put it in a right time, look after it,

                                            And prevent things from happening to it.

                                            You give it freedom.

                                            Each flowering reveals

                                            What you have not been able to discover;

                                            And each fact unveils itself,

                                            It flowers and you deal with it.

                                            You let the fact flower and it opens other doors.

                                            In the very act of your listening, 

                                            Inwardly and outside, the flowering is taking place.
